M Club is a community building program for young gay, bi, or whatever, young men (approximately 18-30) in the Triangle. We do FUN social, educational, and volunteering events like: movie nights, dinners, hiking, bowling, road trips, discussion groups, volunteering, seminars, etc. We do about 3 events a month to provide an alternative to the typical gay scene. Our events are drug & alcohol free. We are a program of the LGBT Center of Raleigh and a part of the nation with Mpowerment Project.

Our group is made up of a bunch of young(21-35z) geeky peeps in the Raleigh area who enjoy hanging out for two purposes:    1. Have fun!  We do lots of fun and random stuff like game nights, trivia nights, pot lucks, movies, bonfires, bowling, Nerf wars, shag dancing, art museums, putt-putt, go-karts, laser-tag, knitting, paintball, brewing, and the like.   2. Make a difference! We feed the homeless, mentor students, build things for people in need, gathering supplies and money for kids in poor …

… Other activities we may undertake include bowling, scrapbooking, shop til you drop excursions and possibly a 'cooking' group that will function like a gourmet cooking group, but will focus on WLS friendly recipes. We look forward to getting to know you better.

We will also have social events at sponsoring bars and restaurants. We're always open to suggestions from our members so we can make sure we're having events for everyone.
